1. Adults Only (18+)

This website is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. By using Nairobi Moto you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that adult content is legal in your jurisdiction.

2. Advertising Platform Only

Nairobi Moto is an online advertising directory. We do not employ, manage, arrange, or take part in any meetings or services between users. All advertisers are independent adults solely responsible for their own conduct.

3. Zero Tolerance

We have zero tolerance for minors, non-consensual content and human trafficking. Any advertiser found to involve a minor or trafficking will be removed immediately and reported to the authorities. Report concerns via our Contact page.

4. Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers warrant that they are 18+, that all photos are of themselves and lawful to publish, and that their listings comply with all applicable laws. Impersonation and stolen photos are prohibited.

5. Payments

Listing fees are paid in advance for the chosen term. Fees are non-refundable once a listing is live. See Pricing for current rates.

6. No Warranty

Listings are provided “as is”. We do not verify the accuracy of every advertisement and accept no liability for interactions arising from use of the site.
